All postal bakes are shelf stable, meaning they do not need to be stored in the fridge.
Our bakes are best enjoyed fresh, and we would recommend you eat them within 5 days of their arrival to you. It would also be advisable to store your bakes in an air tight container to retain freshness.
If you want to store your bakes for longer, we would recommended wrapping tightly in clingfilm, then wrapped again in tin foil. Bakes can be stored in the freezer up to 3 months.
Some bakes containing chocolate may be affected by high temperatures, they may benefit from being placed in the fridge once they arrive with you to set again.
Each bake is wrapped in its own food grade cellophane wrapper to keep it as fresh as possible.
Information relevant to individual bakes will be included on the packaging within your bake box.
